Employee Satisfaction: Measured by staff retention, job performance, improved internal communications and professional growth.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measured by a reduced level of and timely response to customer complaints, healthy relationships with neighboring municipalities, and improved external communications.
Council Satisfaction: Measured by effective communications from and to staff, policy development and implementation, and public consultation.
Financial Viability: Measured by diversity and strength of our tax assessment base, levels of our financial and physical reserves, condition of our infrastructure, and taxation and fee levels.
Process & Systems Improvement: Measured by the rate implementation of innovative ideas and investment in new technologies.
