The Milton-Morningside Area Outline Plan identifies lands northeast of Lacombe with the potential for multi-lot residential use. The area was regarded as being suitable for further development because of its generally poorer quality agricultural lands. There are already a large number of acreages in the area. This Plan was adopted in February 2001.
