These studies were designed to assess the impacts of additional development on the county road system. The consultants have identified what road improvements will be required, as well as the cost of these improvements. The County has used the study findings and recommendations to establish the road improvement charges now being levied against developers. New developments will be responsible for paying their fair share of the costs.
