Volunteer firefighters are always needed. Volunteering as a firefighter is a great opportunity to give back to your community, help keep your neighbours safe, and challenge yourself both physically and mentally.
Volunteer firefighters receive ongoing paid training.
Eligibility Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Hold an Alberta Class 5 driver's license
- Live or work in or near the municipality the fire station is located in
- Be physically fit
