Advertising Charge
Flat advertising fee of $1,500 applicable to all redesignation and other Land Use Bylaw changes
Redesignation Fees
Where the request is for a zoning change to allow for the subdivision of land for multi-lot development for residential or other use:

Plus the $1,500 advertising fee
If no subdivision is involved:
$1,000 plus the $1,500 advertising fee
Redesignation fees are non refundable
Statutory and Non-Statutory Plan Amendments
$1,000 in addition to the $1,500 advertising fee
Subdivision Fees
For a single parcel (where rezoning is not required), such as “first parcel out”, agricultural or a “fragmented parcel” subdivision, or a boundary adjustment:
Application fee: $500
Other subdivision fees are calculated as follows:

Subdivision Approval Fees
Single parcel: $250
Other subdivision: $1,000
Refunds of Subdivision Application Fees
Prior to circulation of application – 75% of original fee
During or after circulation of application – 50% of original fee
After site inspection – no refund
