Lacombe County | Where People Are The Key

Lacombe County adopted the Sylvan Lake Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan on March 8, 2012.  The plan has been developed in response to the increasing demand for recreational amenities and public access to the lake on the lands around Sylvan Lake. The policies outlined in the plan supports and augments the policies for amenity provision, trail development and reserve management outlined in the Sylvan Lake Area Structure Plan.
