Please note the holiday hours for Lacombe Regional Waste Services Commission sites. For more details, visit their website at www.lrwsc.ca.
The upcoming Holiday Schedule for all the Commissions sites are as follows:

- Friday December 22 – Alix/Mirror & Bentley Closed at 2 p.m. / Prentiss Closed at 3 p.m. (For Staff Function)
- Saturday December 23 – All Sites Open Regular Hours
- Monday December 25 – All Sites are Closed
- Tuesday December 26 – All Sites are Closed
- Wednesday December 27 – All Sites are Closed
2024 County Holiday Hours

Please take note of the following office closures at the Lacombe County Office.
- Friday, December 15 from 12-1PM and closing early at 3PM for a staff function
- Monday, December 25 to Wednesday, December 27, 2023 (Christmas closure)
- Monday, January 1, 2024 (New Year's Day)

NOTICE | Weight Restriction on Bridge 07876

Lacombe County advises drivers of the change in traffic patterns due to safety concerns on the bridge’s structure.
Bridge 07876 (SW 28-38-3 W5), located east of HWY 766 on Twp Rd 38-4, will be restricted to 5-tonne weight loads starting Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Road users must meet restrictions or use an alternate route. The County is doing its best to fix the bridge promptly; therefore, the restriction will remain in place until appropriate improvements or remedial work can be completed.
