Fencing Labourer -OPEN-Sept 27, 2023 Deadline

Operations Department | Seasonal Full-Time Position (Immediately - November 30) |Monday - Friday |

7:00am - 5:30pm (10 hr/day)

The Opportunity
Looking for seasonal employment? Enjoy working outside? Lacombe County is currently accepting applications for a Fencing Labourer to work with the construction team in our Operations Department. We are looking for an immediate start date to the end of November 2023 (weather dependent).

Temporary Receptionist-OPEN-Oct 3, 2023 Deadline

Corporate Services Department | Temporary Full-Time Position (November 2023 for up to 18 months) |

Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm

The Opportunity

Lacombe County is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover off an upcoming maternity leave. This front-line instrumental team member is the first point of contact for the public. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the main reception desk.
We are looking for an individual with outstanding customer service skills, in person and over the phone, in order to provide helpful and knowledgeable information to our ratepayers, the public, staff, and Council.

Vacation Time

Full-time employees receive three weeks of paid vacation during their first year of employment.

This increases by one day for each year of service (to a maximum).
