Lacombe County is home to many rural community halls, and supports community halls in the communities of Lacombe, Blackfalds, Alix, Clive, Bentley, and Eckville. The County supports community halls by providing them funding that Community Halls can apply for.

If you're planning on renting a hall for an event, it is recommended to take out special event coverage.
You can set up a policy for Lacombe County owned halls through the Instant Risk Coverage (IRC) portal. If the hall does not appear in the drop down menu on the portal, you can obtain insurance through your personal insurance broker or through PAL.
