Candidate Campaign Financial Disclosure

The Local Government Election Act (LAEA) requires Candidates to submit information concerning their campaign finances to the County in a form outlined in the regulations. Campaign disclosure statements are public documents for the term of the elected officials and may be inspected by any person upon request during regular business hours.

It is important to note that the County does not review these statements' accuracy or completeness nor provide any assurance of their accuracy.
