In Lacombe County, these guidelines specifically related to commercial and industrial multi-lot development which occurs along Highways and County Main Roads. These guidelines outline architectural, landscaping and screening requirements to ensure that the County's industrial and commercial businesses do not have a negative impact on surrounding landowners and have a high quality and aesthetic value.
