Lacombe County Paving Program

Lacombe County Paving Projects are scheduled to begin May 1, 2026. This year, we have contracted Central City Asphalt Ltd. to pave the following roads:

• Hamlet of Morningside (Schedule “A”)
  • 49 Street for 0.285 km
  • 50 Steet for 0.285 km
  • 48 Avenue for 0.239 km
  • 49 Avenue for 0.227 km
  • 50 Avenue for 0.273 km
  • 51 Avenue for 0.282 km
    
    
• Milton Road (Hwy 2A – Clive) (Schedule “B”) from east of the tracks at Hwy 2A to 100 m west of 
  Range Road 245 (Clive Access Road) for 17.952 km.
  
  
• Milton Road (Alix North – Hwy 21) (Schedule “C”), from Range Road 231 to Hwy 21 for 10.613 
  km.
  
  
• Old Milton Road (Schedule “D”) from Range Road 263 to Township Road 412 (Milton/Gadsby Lake 
  Road) for 1.057 km.
  
  
• Clive North Access Road (Schedule “E”)
  • from 50 m west of 50 Street to Range Road 245 (Clive North Access Road) for 0.936 km.
  • from 18 m south of Township Road 405.5(A) (Clive North Access Road) to Township Road 412 for 4.004 km.
    
    
• Wilson’s Beach Road (Schedule “F”) from 71 m West of Range Road 282 to Hwy 792 for
  1.432 km.
  
  
• Smythe Subdivision and Cul-de-Sacs (Schedule “G”) from Township Road 412 (Milton/Gadsby Lake 
  Road) to the “T” Intersection for 3.302 km.
  
  
• Roth Subdivision (Schedule “H”) for 0.505 km.
  
  
• Will/Vande Bunte Subdivision (Schedule “I”) for 1.762 km.

All work is expected to be completed by the second week of June (weather permitting). Work will 
include asphalt concrete pavement (EPS) and other work.
