Bridge Restrictions – Hwy 50 over Parlby Creek
Bridge Restrictions are in place on Highway 50 over Parlby Creek (BF 1423, near Tees) following a recent inspection by Alberta Transportation. The inspection found significant structural issues, including broken stirrups and concrete deterioration.
NEW RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE:
- Speed limit reduced – from 100 km/h to 60 km/h across the bridge.
- Load limits were revised, and updated postings are in effect on-site (heavier vehicles will be restricted).
