VOTE | Municipal Elections are on October 20
Lacombe County residents will head to the polls this fall as part of Alberta’s municipal election on Monday, October 20, 2025.
Why Municipal Elections Matter
Municipal governments play a direct role in your daily life. They are responsible for services such as road maintenance, snow removal, water distribution, municipal planning and development, fire services, parks and trails, bylaw enforcement, and property taxes. The decisions made by the County Council shape the future of our communities and affect how services are delivered.
By casting your ballot, you are helping to choose the leaders who will make decisions about the services and infrastructure you rely on every day. Your vote ensures your voice is heard in shaping the future of Lacombe County.
