Weight Restrictions in Effect on Highway 50 Bridge near Tees

A new weight restriction has been implemented on the bridge east of Lacombe, near Tees, on Highway 50 due to recent structural assessments. The limits are:

• CS1 trucks: 14 tonnes
• CS2 trucks: 21 tonnes
• CS3 trucks: 30 tonnes

Please adhere to these restrictions for safety and to help preserve the bridge. Replacement of this bridge is tentatively planned between 2027 and 2030. Watch for new signage as you approach the area.
