Area Structure Plans

Area structure plans hone into specific parts of the County and provide a framework for future development and subdivision. An area structure plan outlines what land uses can be considered on which parcels of land, subject to a rezoning process under the County's Land Use Bylaw. Furthermore, it outlines the studies that would be required for any development proposal and the standards to which all new development would be held to.
