Notice of Property Inspection

Lacombe County municipal Assessors appreciate your cooperation while we continuously review and visit properties throughout the municipality. Inspections are necessary to verify property information to ensure accurate and equitable assessments. Inspections are completed during weekdays (M-F) 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Our Assessors carry identification and will present it upon request.
