How to File an Assessment Complaint
If you wish to file a complaint, you have 60 days from the date your assessment notice was sent.
An assessment complaint must be filed using the Government of Alberta “Assessment Review Board Complaint Form” (number LGS1402). This form is available from the Municipal Affairs website: http://www.municipalaffairs.alberta.ca.
